nwslyr is an independent AI and technology publication built around original briefings, source-linked synthesis, and longer editorial work. Four times a day, we read across reporting, research, company updates, and policy signals, then turn the important movement into a concise briefing with visible source links.

We're built for people who want to stay informed without scrolling endlessly. Each briefing prioritizes signal over volume: instead of reposting a long headline feed, we surface the stories that matter and explain why they fit together.

How briefings are made

Every few hours, our system reads across a curated set of news outlets, research feeds, company blogs, standards bodies, developer platforms, and primary sources. Stories are clustered, ranked by relevance and novelty, and distilled into a single editorial thesis with the day's most important stories.

When a briefing thesis pulls from multiple headlines, nwslyr keeps a small trace layer attached to that paragraph. Open the related-headlines control to see the source headlines from the same generation batch that informed the synthesis.

Morning email

The 7:00 AM ET briefing can be sent by email for readers who want the day-start edition in their inbox. Lunch, afternoon, and evening editions stay on the site.

Original editorial value

nwslyr is not a scraped headline directory. The value is in the selection, grouping, summarization, topic framing, and original blog work: longer reads, opinion, and editor's notes on AI and technology. Source links remain visible so readers can inspect original reporting and primary material.
